Confirmation of Safari dates are only formulated upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total daily rate. The balance of the daily rates to be paid 30 days prior to commencement of Safari. Trophy fees, hiring of rifles, staff gratuities etc., to be paid prior to departure from the camp in either cash or traveller’s cheques. There will be no refunds on cancellations. Dates booked as per contract must be paid for in full. Please take out own cancellation insurance. Before commencement of the safari, clients are required to complete and sign a safari contract and a general information sheet. All clients and observers are required to read and sign our indemnity form before the commencement of any safari.

SAPS 520 Gun Import/Export Permit Application Form Adobe Acrobat
This SAPS 520 form is required by the South African Police Service. You will be required to provide details such as your name, your passport number, and a description of the firearms and ammunition you are bringing into South Africa. This form MUST be signed in the Presence of a Police Officer upon Arrival.

U.S. Customs Form 4457
U.S. Customs Form 4457 (PDF format)that can be printed from your PC (Adobe Acrobat Reader required).
This form must be completed and stamped in the USA before boarding your flight to South Africa. It proves ownership of personal items, such as rifles, taken out of the country.
